Hello Everyone! This weekend I finally had the opportunity to watch The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I constantly came across the film but never made an attempt to sit down and actually watch it. Let me tell you that I have been missing out! This film was simply outstanding in so many aspects. I was told the movie was great but then again people are always saying that about every movie. The plot twist the film presents is just spectacular! The movie is about Charlie who is a social outcast. It’s his first year in high school and he is lost until he encounters two seniors, Sam and Patrick, who introduce him to the “real world”. All three of these character possess a unique personality. This is primarily because they have had a significant event in their life that has shaped their character. Notably, Charlie is traumatized from an early event in his life.
